How Dotplot is Changing Early Detection

At the forefront of this fight is Dotplot, an inspiring organisation dedicated to empowering women with the knowledge and tools to monitor their breast health confidently. Visionary Founders, Life-Saving Technology

Debra and Shefali’s passion for revolutionising breast cancer detection is at the core of Dotplot’s innovation. The groundbreaking at-home breast monitoring tool, paired with a user-friendly app, simplifies the self-checking process. The app provides step-by-step guidance, recording your scans and promptly flagging any unusual changes. Considering early detection can increase breast cancer survival rates to 93%, Dotplot’s mission is nothing short of lifesaving.

Taking the Guesswork Out of Breast Self-Exams

Many women face uncertainty when performing self-exams, unsure of what to look for or whether they’re doing it right. Dotplot’s tool is designed to eliminate that uncertainty, providing clear, accurate insights into your breast health with every check.

Empowering Women to Take Control

Breast cancer often presents with subtle symptoms, and many women may avoid seeking help out of fear. Dotplot aims to change that by enabling women to create a 3D scan of their chest, all from the comfort of their home. Regular checks not only boost confidence but also encourage earlier medical consultations if changes are detected. In cases where cancer is diagnosed, this early detection could mean the difference between life and death.

Our Role at GKA

At GKA, through our MedTech services, we are proud to partner with Debra and Shefali to advance this cutting-edge technology. Our team has facilitated valuable connections with healthcare professionals and breast cancer survivors to provide critical insights for Dotplot’s product development. These collaborations have been key in enhancing the user experience and ensuring the tool’s accuracy, driving forward the goal of early detection.
